Sport complet, elle permet de tonifier les muscles des bras, des jambes et du tronc en douceur, tout en sollicitant fortement l\u2019appareil respiratoire et les capacit\u00e9s cardiovasculaires, et en am\u00e9liorant le retour veineux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de ses bienfaits, il faut nager en endurance, et pour cela ma\u00eetriser les techniques de nage. C\u2019est l\u2019objectif de nos programmes d\u2019apprentissage et de perfectionnement en cours collectifs, qui vous permettront de pratiquer la natation en tant que sport-sant\u00e9 et d\u2019adopter un mode de vie plus sain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous proposons diff\u00e9rents niveaux de pratique pour nos cours en semaine selon la ma\u00eetrise des nages de chacun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le cours du dimanche matin se fait en autonomie sous la surveillance de surveillants sauveteurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size
