Elle permet ainsi d\u2019am\u00e9liorer son niveau d\u2019endurance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On ne force pas les mouvements, mais les exercices sont con\u00e7us pour faire travailler l\u2019ensemble des muscles du corps humain. Cela tonifie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La particularit\u00e9 de l\u2019aquagym (comme tous les sports aquatiques) c\u2019est que le corps est port\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce a la force d Archim\u00e8de, ce qui permet d\u2019\u00e9viter les traumatismes articulaires.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elle diminue fortement les probl\u00e8mes circulatoires dans les membres inf\u00e9rieurs par l\u2019action drainante et massante de
